Blogosphere is a threshold zone. It lies in a realm where sovereignty and the rule of law cannot reach. But Acidflask named himself and hence he is now killed with impunity. He has lost his right to voice, he is stripped of his right to live. He is killed by the law.
Phillip Yeo does not know that blogosphere is a threshold zone. He enacts the right to kill, his juridical instrument of legality annihilates Acidflask as a life that is unworthy of being lived. Acidflask does not deserve to live. Phillip Yeo extends politics into blogosphere. With the juridical system, he enacts a state of exception in blogosphere and silences AcidFlask.
In National Socialist Germany, the Fuhrer is a nomos empsuchon, a living law, in his body, the political and the biological is situated simultaneously. As nomos empsuchon he creates the concentration camp. As sovereign he suspends himself from the law to protect the German people and as sovereign he enacts the law within the space of the concentration camp to kill with impunity because in his body he encapsulates the body of the German politic.
In the concentration camp, the nomos empsuchon, imprisons his nemesis, the other extreme figure, der Muselmann, a being from whom humiliation, fear and horror has taken away his consciousness; a being of utter desubjectified existence. Der Muselmann is mute and absolutely alone and he has passed into another existence devoid of memory and devoid of grief. He has been wiped from existence but still he lives until he is killed with impunity and without sacrifice.

There is no total silence in blogosphere. The entry of politics into blogosphere, the enactment of a state of exception and the creation of a camp to desubjectify Acidflask cannot be allowed to succeed.
